This website is operated under the trading name Soulssky. These terms apply to use of the website and to orders submitted for delivery within Australia.

Adults 18+ and health warning

Tobacco and nicotine products are restricted to adults aged 18 or older. Smoking and nicotine are harmful and addictive. We may cancel an order where age or eligibility requirements are not met.

Products, prices and orders

Prices are displayed in AUD. Product images and descriptions are provided to identify catalogue items; packaging may change. An order is a request to purchase and may be declined or cancelled when a product is unavailable, information is incorrect, eligibility cannot be confirmed, or fraud checks identify a concern.

Australia-only delivery

Orders are accepted only for Australian delivery addresses. Estimated delivery information is not a guaranteed arrival date. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address.

Returns and consumer guarantees

Return conditions are explained in the Refund & Return Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Website use and liability

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information or infringe another person's rights. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soulssky is not responsible for indirect loss caused by misuse of the site or by events outside reasonable control.
